Schedule: Night Shift | 5x8 Hours | 10:45 PM – 07:15 AM | 40 Hours/Week
Pay Rate:
Local: $1,600 - $1,700/Week
Traveler: $1,900 - $1,950/Week
We are seeking an experienced RN for a Long-Term Care facility supporting rehabilitation, Alzheimer's, and dementia residents. The ideal candidate will have LTC experience and strong medication administration and resident care skills.
Active New York RN License required.
BLS Certification required.
Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
Acute Rehab, Med-Surg, or Acute Care experience considered.
Experience with medication administration and resident assessments.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Provide nursing care to LTC and rehabilitation residents.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
Supervise and support CNAs on assigned units.
Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
