Schedule: Days (07:00 AM – 07:00 PM) & Nights (07:00 PM – 07:00 AM) | Rotating Weekends | 36 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $29.92 - $44.88/Hour
Night Shift Differential: +$4.00/Hour
We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent patient assessment abilities, and acute care experience.
ADN or RN Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License.
BLS Certification required.
Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience.
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work rotating weekends.
Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
