RN – Adult Care / Home Care Nurse
Location: New York City – Manhattan
Job Type: 13-Week Contract | Local & Traveler
Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8 | 40 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $3,000 - $3,200/Week
We are seeking an experienced Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have strong Med/Surg and Home Care experience with expertise in patient assessment, care planning, and OASIS documentation.
Active New York State RN License.
AHA BLS Certification.
Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience.
Home Care nursing experience required.
OASIS knowledge required.
EPIC EMR experience preferred.
Valid Driver's License required.
Every other weekend availability required.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Provide direct nursing care in patients' homes.
Administer medications and treatments.
Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and post-operative care.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care instructions.
Complete OASIS assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
