Title: Creative Operations Coordinator (Agency/Marketing Campaigns)

Location: Bolingbrook, IL 60440 (Hybrid 6 days onsite in a month)

Duration: 6+ Months

MUST HAVE:

• 2–6 years of Creative Operations, Creative Project Coordination, Creative Services, Traffic Coordination, Marketing Production, or Campaign Operations experience.
• Experience managing HIGH-VOLUME creative workflows and campaign requests.
• Agency, advertising, media, retail marketing, or in-house creative team experience strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating creative intake, project briefs, approvals, timelines, asset delivery, and workflow tracking.
• Experience working directly with Creative, Design, Production, Marketing, Account Management, or Sales teams.
• Experience using Monday.com (strongly preferred), Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar workflow/project management tools.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
• Must be comfortable in an execution-focused role (not strategy-focused).

NICE TO HAVE:

• Retail, ecommerce, media, advertising, or digital marketing experience.
• Experience supporting social, video, web, paid media, or omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and deliverables simultaneously.
