Senior / Lead IT Recruiter – US Staffing (3–5 Years Experience)
Location: Onsite – Vadodara, Gujarat
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead IT Recruiter – US Staffing to manage end-to-end recruitment and lead hiring delivery for US-based clients. The role also includes mentoring junior recruiters and driving recruitment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for US IT requirements
• Handle critical and niche hiring requirements with faster turnaround
• Lead, guide, and support junior recruiters
• Coordinate directly with US clients and account managers
• Negotiate offers and ensure successful closures
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Ensure delivery SLAs and hiring targets are met

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms, compliance, and hiring models
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to work in night shift (US time zone)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with MSP/VMS accounts
• Strong pipeline management and team handling exposure
