Job Title: Certified OR Tech (Travel)
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Type: Contract | 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 3x12 Hours
Pay Rate: $40 - $45/hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Certified OR Tech for an exciting Travel job in Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities
Set up surgical suites for procedures.
Prepare surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies.
Assist surgeons during procedures.
Maintain a sterile environment throughout surgical cases.
Handle instruments and supplies according to sterile technique standards.
Support perioperative patient care and operating room workflow.
Document procedural activities as required.
Follow infection control and operating room safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
CST Certification required.
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience.
BLS Certification.
Strong knowledge of sterile processing and surgical instrumentation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting multiple surgical specialties.
Strong perioperative patient care experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced operating room environment.
