Job Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Shift: Nights
Type: Contract | 13 Weeks

Pay Rate: $60 - $63/hour

Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for an exciting Local job in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health conditions and record medical histories.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse License.
• BLS Certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS Certification.
• Experience in a long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care setting.
• Strong patient assessment and care coordination skills.
