Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift
Weekly Hours: 37.5 Hours
Weekends: Not Required

Position Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Secretary II to provide administrative and secretarial support in a busy healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills while supporting physicians, patients, and department operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to physicians and clinical staff

  • Answer phones, take messages, and respond to inquiries professionally

  • Schedule patient appointments, consultations, follow-ups, and procedures

  • Coordinate patient registrations and maintain demographic information

  • Prepare and maintain patient charts and medical records

  • Ensure required documentation and test results are available for patient visits

  • Obtain patient demographic and financial information confidentially

  • Maintain office files, records, and correspondence

  • Assist with photocopying, document preparation, and general office duties

  • Provide coverage for other administrative staff when needed

  • Prioritize multiple tasks and work independently

  • Maintain a professional attitude and excellent attendance

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of secretarial or administrative experience

  • Typing speed of 75 WPM

  • Strong computer proficiency, including word processing and presentation software

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Skills:

  • Healthcare or medical office experience

  • Patient scheduling and registration experience

  • Experience working with electronic scheduling systems
