Location: Pecos, TX 79772
Schedule: 5x8-Hour Shifts (Monday–Friday)
Call Rotation: Required

Pay Package:

Total Weekly gross: From $2,400/Wk

Local Hourly Rate: From $50/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform high-quality magnetic resonance imaging procedures while providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will be skilled in MRI imaging, safety protocols, patient positioning, and working collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and facility protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures.
• Operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently.
• Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications.
• Monitor patients throughout imaging procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety, infection control, and departmental policies.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Required Qualifications

• ARRT Certification with MRI experience.
• Active Texas Medical Board (TMB/MRT) License.
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Previous MRI experience preferred.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with inpatient and outpatient MRI procedures.
• Knowledge of MRI safety standards and protocols.
