Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Setting: Long-Term Care / Assisted Living

Schedule

• Approximately 48 hours per week
• Variable Day Shifts (8-hour & 12-hour shifts)
• Shift Timings: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a long-term care and assisted living environment. The CNA will support residents with daily activities while assisting the nursing team in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs; report any changes to nursing staff
• Assist with resident mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Accurately document care in accordance with facility guidelines
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado CNA license (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
• Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
• Ability to work flexible day shifts (8-hour and 12-hour shifts)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
