Seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to manage infrastructure visibility, service mapping, event management, and operational automation for large telecom environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
• Implement Event Management and Operational Intelligence.
• Integrate monitoring and network management tools.
• Support cloud, network, and infrastructure operations.
• Ensure CMDB accuracy and governance.

Qualifications
