Cloud Security Engineer – Public Sector

Location: Calgary, Alberta

About the Role

We are seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to design and implement security controls across enterprise cloud environments supporting critical government services and applications.

IMPORTANT NOTE – PUBLIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Candidates must have experience supporting cloud security programs within Public Sector organizations.

Candidates without Public Sector experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Design secure cloud architectures.
• Conduct cloud security assessments.
• Implement governance and security controls.
• Manage CSPM and cloud security monitoring solutions.
• Support cloud compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• 3+ years of cloud security experience.
• Expertise with AWS and/or Azure security services.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices.
