Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | Thursday – Saturday | 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM | 30–38 Hours Per Week
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Services for an exciting Travel or Local job in Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and respond to youth health concerns and provide appropriate nursing care.
Conduct intake health screenings for newly admitted youth.
Obtain and process blood, urine, and other specimen samples.
Monitor, document, and report changes in patient health conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
Provide direct patient care and emergency medical treatment when needed.
Administer vaccinations and assist with tuberculosis (TB) testing programs.
Coordinate treatment plans with healthcare team members and providers.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Ensure medical supplies and equipment are properly stocked and maintained.
Support health and safety initiatives while adhering to nursing standards and regulations.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona required.
Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience required.
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to respond effectively to medical emergencies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
Strong documentation and patient care management skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with multidisciplinary teams.
