Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Lead IT Recruiter to drive recruitment initiatives, manage high-priority client requirements, and mentor recruiters within the US Staffing division. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, exceptional sourcing skills, and a proven track record of successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for IT positions across various technologies.

  • Manage multiple client requirements and ensure timely submissions.

  • Mentor, guide, and support junior recruiters to achieve team goals.

  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify top IT talent.

  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and skill assessments.

  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.

  • Track recruitment metrics and ensure team productivity targets are achieved.

  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and quality standards.

  • Stay informed about market trends, hiring practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills:

  • 2–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment or US Staffing.

  • Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent understanding of IT technologies and recruitment methodologies.

  • Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience leading a recruitment team.

  • Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and employment terms.

  • Track record of achieving recruitment targets and client satisfaction.
