Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Storage Architect / Consultant – Data Migration for an exciting opportunity in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise storage transformation, data migration, and solution architecture while partnering with customers and stakeholders to drive successful modernization initiatives. This role combines consulting, pre-sales, and delivery leadership across complex enterprise environments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15+ years of storage industry experience required
• Minimum 7 years of experience in an Architect/Consultant role required
• Experience with storage vendors, customer-facing engagements, pre-sales, solution architecture, and leading complex enterprise migration programs is essential
• Strong expertise in enterprise storage transformation, modernization, and large-scale data migration initiatives
• Experience leading storage migration programs across block, file, and object storage environments
• Strong focus on data migration to Pure Storage, Evergreen, and EverPure solutions
• Ability to engage directly with C-level executives, IT leaders, and key stakeholders to assess business challenges and define migration strategies
• Proven experience presenting technical solutions and leading consultative discussions throughout the project lifecycle
• Expertise in designing migration roadmaps, transformation frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies
• Strong knowledge of storage, networking, Unix/Linux, applications, cloud platforms, and automation ecosystems
• Experience partnering with sales teams to identify opportunities, develop solution proposals, and conduct technical presentations
• Ability to lead the successful execution of complex enterprise transformation and multimillion-dollar migration projects
• Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills
• Experience conducting customer workshops, executive briefings, and technical discussions focused on storage modernization and data transformation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Pure Storage technologies and enterprise modernization programs
• Proven track record as a trusted advisor for enterprise storage transformation initiatives
• Experience representing organizations at technical conferences, executive forums, and customer workshops
