Inpatient Pharmacist

Location - Hood River, OR

Duration - 8 Weeks

Position Overview:
Seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy services in a collaborative hospital environment. Candidates with inpatient pharmacy and Epic experience are preferred.

Assignment Details:

• 8-week assignment
• First-time travelers accepted
• Block scheduling available
• Patient Ratio: 1 Pharmacist to 25 Patients
• Weekend coverage required (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Overnight on-call coverage required for patient care needs
• No floating between units
• 48-hour schedules not approved

Required Qualifications:

• Active Oregon Pharmacist License
• Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge and medication management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Inpatient Pharmacy experience
• Epic Electronic Medical Record experience
