Location - Hood River, OR

Duration - 13 Weeks

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Pharmacist with outpatient infusion experience to join a collaborative healthcare team. Candidates must hold an active Oregon Pharmacist License and have experience in outpatient infusion services.

Assignment Details:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Block scheduling available
• Patient Ratio: 1:20
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• No floating between units
• 48-hour schedules not approved

Required Qualifications:

• Active Oregon Pharmacist License
• Outpatient Infusion Pharmacy experience required
• Strong knowledge of medication preparation, dispensing, and infusion therapies
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
