Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow (SNOW), Business Analysis, and security-focused modules such as Vulnerability Response, Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Write user stories and manage requirements using ServiceNow, JIRA, and Agile SDLC methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define expected outcomes based on business needs and customer communication
• Work closely with developers, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation
• Use tools such as Visio for process mapping and documentation
• Maintain high-quality documentation with strong attention to detail
• Identify risks, constraints, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Support integration efforts with a basic understanding of REST APIs and ServiceNow integrations

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Solid background in Business Analysis
• Hands-on knowledge of:
  • Vulnerability Response
  • Security Incident Response
  • Threat Intelligence
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
• Experience with Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Understanding of ServiceNow Service Portal and Workspaces
