We are hiring an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and experience managing healthcare hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and social media
• Review resumes and conduct candidate screening and interviews
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates
• Work closely with hiring teams to understand requirements
• Ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process
• Meet sourcing and recruitment targets within defined timelines

Preferred

• Experience in US healthcare recruitment
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience (Healthcare recruitment preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Strong MS Office and ATS/database handling skills
• Comfortable working onsite and in night shifts (US process)
