Title: ER Registered Nurse (Level II Trauma Center)

Location: Lubbock, TX

Duration: Contract Assignment

Shift: Rotating ER Shifts (Block scheduling optional)

Position Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-acuity patient care in a Level II Trauma Center. The ideal candidate must be confident in fast-paced emergency settings and capable of managing a 1:3 patient ratio.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct emergency nursing care in a high-acuity ER setting

  • Assess, triage, and stabilize patients with acute conditions

  • Administer medications and emergency treatments

  • Manage trauma, cardiac, neurological, and pediatric emergencies

  • Perform rapid response and critical interventions

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary trauma and emergency teams

  • Document patient care accurately using EMR systems

  • Maintain compliance with hospital safety and infection control protocols

  • Participate in emergency codes and resuscitation efforts

Required Qualifications:

  • Active RN License required

  • Minimum 2 years ER experience (strict requirement)

  • ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required

  • Ability to work weekends (6 weekend shifts per 6 weeks required)

  • Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills
