Role: ServiceNow Business System Analyst
Location: Remote
Years of Experience: 3–5 Years
Must Have: SNOW, BA, Vulnerability Response, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence

Responsibilities:

• Experienced in story writing in ServiceNow, JIRA, SDLC Agile module, Visio and defining expected outcomes based on customer communi
•  Excellent documentation and communication skills with strong attention to detail
•  Must have knowledge of modules - Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response & Threat Intelligence
•  Good to have knowledge – GRC & Security Operations Center
•  Understanding of basics of REST and ServiceNow integration
•  Good to have knowledge of Service Portal & Workspaces
•  Ability to recognize potential and actual issues, needs, and opportunities for improvement in implementation
•  Close collaboration with developers, solution architects, and other team members for requirements and associated functionality
•  Demonstrate strong ability to evaluate constraints, risks, and dependencies
