Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking CPCU Nurse Manager for an exciting permanent opportunity in Asheville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical and operational functions of the CPCU unit
• Promote safe, efficient, and evidence-based nursing care
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff development
• Collaborate with nursing leadership on strategic planning and quality initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional, and organizational standards
• Support employee engagement, retention, and team culture
• Participate in staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation decisions
• Drive performance improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives

Requirements

• BSN or equivalent required (ADN with MSN or BA with MSN accepted)
• Current North Carolina RN License or eNLC License required
• BLS Healthcare Provider Certification required
• National specialty or leadership certification required within one year of hire
• Minimum 5 years of recent nursing experience required
• Minimum 2 years of hospital-based leadership experience required
• Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager experience required
• Strong post-cardiothoracic clinical background required

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred
