Job Title: Business Analyst with QA Experience
Location: Philadelphia, PA | Remote (1–2 Days/Month Onsite)
Type: Contract | 12 Months
Should be Eligible for Security clearance

Position Overview:
Business Analyst responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, creating process and data flow documentation, coordinating with developers for implementation, and supporting testing including UAT and post-deployment support. Role also includes application testing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and software requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and test cases
• Communicate requirements clearly with developers, testers, and stakeholders
• Create process flows, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, swim lanes, wireframes, and related documentation
• Serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams
• Conduct walkthroughs, user acceptance testing (UAT), and requirement validation
• Create training materials, train end users, and provide post-release support
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business goals
• Perform functional and regression testing as needed
• Convert business requirements into test cases and testing scenarios
• Support projects independently and within cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Strong experience in business analysis and QA/testing activities
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Strong knowledge of UAT, functional testing, and regression testing
• Experience creating diagrams, workflows, and wireframes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with stakeholders, developers, business analysts, and testers effectively
• Experience working on complex projects with demanding timelines
• Ability to work independently from project initiation through completion
