RN - Med Surg - Hudson, FL - Direct Hire/ Full-Time

Position Title: RN - Med Surg
Location: Hudson, FL
Employment Type: Permanent
Shift & Schedule: Full-Time Nights | Rotating Weekends Required

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $30.00 – $42.00/hr (Based on Experience)
Night Differential: +$4.75/hr
Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr

Sign-On Bonus:

• $10,000 for Day Shift
• $15,000 for Night Shift

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN - Med Surg for an exciting Permanent opportunity in Hudson, FL.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical information accurately
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, procedures, and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records, including test and examination results

Requirements

• Active Florida RN License OR Compact RN License
• Compact license holders must obtain Florida RN license within 90 days of hire
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Recent acute care experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• Previous acute care hospital experience strongly preferred
