Job Title: Rehab Therapy Manager – Physical Therapy
Location: Republic, WA
Pay: $135,000 – $145,000 annually + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Permanent

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Rehab Therapy Manager – Physical Therapy for an exciting Full-Time Permanent opportunity in Republic, WA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Physical Therapy Department
• Supervise, train, and mentor therapy staff, rehab aides, and contract personnel
• Provide direct patient care and develop individualized therapy treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, hydrotherapy, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, traction, balance training, and therapeutic exercises
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, leadership, and patient families regarding patient care
• Oversee scheduling, departmental reporting, budgeting, and supply/equipment management
• Supervise physical therapy students and support staff development
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies, documentation standards, and patient care protocols

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy
• Current Washington State Physical Therapy license required (or eligible upon acceptance)
• Current BLS Certification required
• Minimum 5 years of Physical Therapy experience required
• Minimum 3 years of Rehab Therapy management experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
