Shift & Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Flexible Hours
No Weekends | No Holidays | No On-Call | No Float

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Ultrasound Technologist (Breast Imaging) for an exciting Travel or Local job in North Bergen, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex breast ultrasound examinations
• Utilize Doppler techniques to assess vascularity and tissue structures
• Optimize imaging quality using proper gain, depth, focus, and TGC adjustments
• Assist physicians with ultrasound-guided breast biopsies and interventional procedures
• Evaluate image quality and ensure diagnostic accuracy
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment and PACS systems
• Prepare patients and explain procedures clearly and professionally
• Ensure proper documentation, image archiving, and data management
• Follow infection control, safety, and departmental protocols
• Support quality assurance and imaging standards compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of breast ultrasound experience required (5+ preferred)
• Active RDMS (ARDMS) certification required
• Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound program required
• BLS certification required
• Strong knowledge of breast anatomy, pathology, and imaging techniques
• Experience with PACS and ultrasound-guided biopsy procedures required
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced breast imaging center
