Registered Nurse (MS/Tele)
Location: Mayfield Heights, Ohio
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift | 3x12 Hours
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in an acute care hospital setting. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, monitor telemetry patients, administer treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Active Ohio RN License or Compact State License required
• AHA BLS Certification required
• AHA ACLS Certification required
• Strong acute care hospital experience required
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care within Med/Surg Telemetry units
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry equipment
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Assess patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and charting
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety and patient care protocols
