About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a high-impact, client-facing professional to take ownership of strategic accounts and drive growth across the NYC market. This role is ideal for someone who combines account management excellence with a hunter mindset, bringing both relationship depth and revenue focus.

You will play a key role in expanding client partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored workforce solutions within the IT staffing space.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Drive new business acquisition within IT staffing and consulting services
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding hiring strategies and workforce challenges
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely and high-quality talent delivery
  • Proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead client meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions
  • Build pipeline through networking, referrals, and market intelligence
  • Negotiate commercial terms including contracts, pricing, and service agreements
  • Track sales activity, maintain pipeline visibility, and contribute to forecasting
  • Represent the organization in industry events and client engagements

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in IT staffing, account management, or business development
  • Strong track record of growing accounts and driving revenue
  • Experience working with enterprise or mid-to-large clients preferred
  • Deep understanding of the staffing lifecycle and delivery models
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset
  • Existing client network or industry relationships is a strong advantage
