Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Radiology Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will have experience with moderate sedation, prep and recovery, and caring for patients undergoing interventional and diagnostic radiology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing radiology and interventional procedures
• Administer and monitor moderate sedation
• Perform prep and recovery for IR, Neuroendovascular, and diagnostic patients
• Assist with PACU recovery and patient monitoring
• Support procedures involving CT, MRI, and Ultrasound
• Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to complications or emergencies
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC EMR

Patient Population

• Diabetes
• Cancer
• Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD)
• Carotid Stenosis
• Hemorrhage
• Aneurysm
• ESRD

Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of EPIC experience required
• Certifications Required:
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • NIHSS
• Experience with moderate sedation and radiology recovery required
• First-time travelers not accepted
