Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-acuity critical care in a MedSurg ICU setting. The RN will manage complex patients in a fast-paced Level II Trauma Center, delivering advanced nursing care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care for ICU patients with complex conditions
Manage critically ill patients in a 1:2–1:3 ratio
Administer medications, IV therapies, and ICU-level interventions
Support ventilated, post-surgical, cardiac, and neuro patients
Perform continuous patient monitoring and assessments
Respond to rapid changes in patient condition
Document care accurately in EMR systems
Float between units as required
Maintain ICU safety and infection control standards
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Required Skills & Experience:
2–3 years ICU experience preferred
Cardiac and neuro ICU experience required
General surgery ICU experience preferred
Trauma ICU experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills
Ability to work in high-acuity environments
