Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI imaging procedures within a hospital radiology department. The technologist will ensure accurate diagnostic imaging, patient safety, and compliance with all MRI protocols while working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MRI imaging procedures according to physician orders
Prepare and position patients for MRI scans
Ensure MRI safety protocols are strictly followed
Review patient history and imaging requirements before procedures
Operate MRI equipment and maintain image quality standards
Document imaging procedures accurately in EPIC system
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams
Maintain patient comfort and communication during scans
Ensure compliance with hospital and radiology department standards
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year EPIC experience required
Ability to work independently in MRI imaging environment
Strong patient care and communication skills
First-time travelers may be considered based on experience
Certifications & Licensure:
ARRT registered in Radiology & MRI OR ARRT registered in MRI OR ARMRIT certification required
BLS required
Additional Requirements:
COVID-19 Vaccine not required per facility guideline
Flu Vaccine required (no exemptions)
