Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Radiology Technician / Radiologic Technologist for a high-volume hospital imaging department. This role supports emergency, inpatient, and surgical services by performing diagnostic radiographic procedures and assisting physicians during fluoroscopic and invasive procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong acute care imaging experience, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced overnight hospital environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to physician orders and department protocols
  • Conduct imaging procedures for emergency, inpatient, and surgical patients
  • Perform portable x-rays for inpatient and bedside imaging needs
  • Assist physicians during fluoroscopic and invasive radiology procedures
  • Operate C-arm equipment in surgical and procedural settings
  • Ensure radiation safety, patient positioning accuracy, and high-quality imaging standards
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and radiology procedures
  • Document imaging procedures accurately within departmental systems
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Support efficient workflow in a busy hospital imaging department

Required Qualifications

  • Active Radiologic Technologist / Radiology Technician experience required
  • Acute care hospital imaging experience preferred
  • Emergency Department imaging experience required
  • Experience with portable x-ray procedures preferred
  • Fluoroscopy and C-arm experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of radiographic positioning and imaging procedures
  • Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Strong patient care and communication skills required
  • Compliance with all facility credentialing requirements required
