Guaranteed Hours: 38 Hours/Week
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Occupational Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Belle Fourche, SD.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional mobility and ADLs
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy plans and adaptive techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and therapy protocols
Requirements
• Active South Dakota Occupational Therapist License required
• Current BLS Certification required
• Strong communication and patient care skills required
• Ability to work independently and within a healthcare team
