Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Tucson, AZ.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the RN or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as directed
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EMR systems
• Support RNs and healthcare teams in implementing care plans
• Provide basic wound care and assist with medical procedures
• Educate patients and families on basic healthcare needs and follow-up care
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Respond appropriately to patient needs and emergencies within scope of practice
Qualifications
• Active LPN license (state-specific as required)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of practical nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting
• Knowledge of basic nursing practices and patient care techniques
• Ability to follow care plans and work under supervision
• Strong communication and organizational skills
