Assignment Overview

We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist for a 28-week travel assignment in Bronxville, New York. The ideal candidate will have strong OB/GYN ultrasound experience and be comfortable working in a high-volume outpatient imaging environment.

Assignment Details

• Shift: Day Shift – 5x8 Hours
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Contract Length: 28 Weeks
• Location: Bronxville, New York

Job Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations in OB and GYN settings
• Conduct anatomy scans, nuchal translucency scans, and general OB/GYN imaging procedures
• Ensure accurate image acquisition and proper patient positioning
• Document findings and maintain accurate patient records
• Utilize ultrasound reporting and image archiving systems effectively
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support quality patient care
• Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and imaging standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Graduate of an approved one-year ultrasound program required
• Required Certifications:
  • ARRT (Sonography) or
  • RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer)
• Strong OB/GYN ultrasound experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a practice performing both GYN and OB imaging required

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Voluson Ultrasound Systems (S8)
• Experience with Vision Chips, Inc. – OBserver reporting and image archiving software
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Experience performing:
  • Anatomy scans
  • Nuchal translucency studies
  • General OB/GYN ultrasound exams
