Job Overview

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced Product Owner with deep expertise in syndicated loans and capital markets to support strategic initiatives within an Investment Banking environment. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and product leadership to define and deliver innovative product capabilities across syndicated loan platforms and workflows.

The ideal candidate will possess strong domain knowledge in Investment Banking products, hands-on experience gathering and shaping business requirements, and the ability to drive product strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define product requirements
• Develop and maintain product feature lists, business requirements, and functional specifications
• Drive product vision, roadmap planning, and prioritization activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and business units
• Support the delivery of scalable solutions related to syndicated loans and capital markets products
• Participate in product lifecycle management from concept through implementation
• Leverage AI/GenAI-driven approaches to enhance product capabilities and operational efficiency
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, presentations, and requirement workshops

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working with Capital Markets products
• 5+ years of experience focused on syndicated loans and related domains
• Proven experience working with large Investment Banking organizations
• Strong experience in product ownership, business analysis, and requirement definition
• Experience creating product features, user stories, and functional specifications
• At least 1 year of experience with AI/GenAI-based solutions or initiatives
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Must be based in or willing to work in New York City

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance or related field
• CFA Level 1 certification or progress toward charterholder status
• Familiarity with dealing platforms and market data providers
• Experience developing Product Roadmaps and OKRs
• Prior Investment Banking Trading experience is highly preferred
