Schedule:

• Night Shift
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 12-Hour Shifts
• Every Other Weekend Required
• 36 Guaranteed Hours Weekly
• 30-Minute Meal Break

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/T-CNA) for a travel assignment in Elkins, WV. This role supports residents within a long-term care and rehabilitation environment by delivering quality patient-centered care during overnight shifts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong resident care skills, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
• Support resident mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to nursing staff
• Obtain and document vital signs accurately
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient care environments
• Follow infection control and patient safety guidelines
• Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families
• Respond promptly to patient needs and call lights
• Complete accurate documentation and communication with healthcare teams

Requirements

• Active CNA certification required
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts and rotating weekends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professionalism, reliability, and compassionate care approach required
