Location: Elkins, West Virginia

Schedule:

• Day Shift
• 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 12-Hour Shifts
• 36 Guaranteed Hours Weekly
• 30-Minute Meal Break

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Travel CNA for a contract assignment in Elkins, WV. This opportunity is ideal for compassionate healthcare professionals who enjoy providing direct patient care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

The CNA will assist residents with daily activities, monitor patient well-being, and support nursing staff in delivering quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting needs
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
• Take and document vital signs accurately
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment
• Follow infection prevention and safety procedures
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents
• Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare teams

Requirements

• Active CNA certification required
• Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced care environment
• Physical ability to assist with lifting and resident mobility support
