LPN – Clinic (Travel Contract)

Location: Waimea, HI 96796

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasionally until 6:00 PM)
• 80 hours per 2-week pay period required

Facility Type: Outpatient Clinic

Pay Rate:

• Travel: Up to $45/hour (based on experience)
• Local: Up to $40/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an outpatient clinic setting supporting multiple service lines including Family Practice, Behavioral Health, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, and Urgent Care. The ideal candidate is adaptable, patient-focused, and comfortable floating across clinic locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinical environment
• Assist physicians and clinical staff during patient examinations and procedures
• Accurately document patient histories, vitals, and clinical information
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to providers
• Support daily clinic operations and care coordination workflows
• Float between affiliated clinic locations as required

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license
• Prior outpatient/clinic experience required
• Experience in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Behavioral Health, or similar settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
