Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER)
Location: Ganado, Arizona 86505
Shift: Day Shift | 12-hour shifts
Hours: 36 hours per week

Position Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Emergency Department in a critical access hospital setting. The RN will provide rapid, high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with acute illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies. This role requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to act quickly in high-pressure situations, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rapid triage, assessment, and prioritization of emergency patients
• Provide direct bedside care for patients with acute and life-threatening conditions
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
• Assist with trauma, cardiac, and medical emergency interventions
• Support airway management, wound care, and stabilization procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff regarding patient care plans and disposition
• Prepare patients for admission, transfer, or discharge as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all assessments and interventions
• Follow hospital policies, infection control protocols, and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Prior Emergency Department (ER) or acute care experience preferred or required based on facility standards
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple patients with varying levels of acuity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in critical access hospital or rural emergency settings
• Background in trauma, cardiac, or advanced life support care
• Familiarity with emergency protocols and rapid response procedures
