Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule:

• Day Shift
• 5x8 Hours
• 36 Hours Guaranteed (up to 40 hours expected)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient orthopedic setting in Salem, Oregon. This role is open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates, including first-time travelers, looking to build experience in outpatient rehabilitation.

The PTA will support physical therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care and improving patient mobility and functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions
• Support outpatient orthopedic patient recovery programs
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes
• Educate patients on exercises, mobility, and recovery plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary therapy team

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates accepted
• First-time travelers accepted
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required
• Ability to work independently in a clinical outpatient environment
