Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join a leading acute care healthcare facility. The PT will provide high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitative care through comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. This role focuses on improving patient mobility, restoring function, reducing pain, and supporting overall recovery and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Evaluation & Treatment

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Patient Rehabilitation & Care

• Provide hands-on therapy services in an acute care environment
• Support patient recovery, discharge planning, and continuity of care
• Ensure safe and effective use of therapeutic equipment and modalities

Patient & Family Education

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy exercises, assistive devices, and recovery strategies
• Promote patient independence, safety, and long-term wellness

Collaboration & Documentation

• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or higher
• BLS Certification required within designated timeframe after hire
• New Graduates Welcome to Apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Acute care or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to manage patient caseloads in a fast-paced healthcare setting
