Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a night shift Long Term Care assignment in Beulah, ND. This opportunity is ideal for an LPN who is compassionate, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing environment.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently during overnight shifts while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team to ensure resident safety and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor resident conditions and report/document any changes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and supportive care needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control, and safety standards
• Respond promptly to resident concerns, emergencies, and changes in condition
• Deliver compassionate and professional care throughout overnight shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN License required
• Recent Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Dependable, flexible, and resident-focused professional
• Strong assessment and patient care abilities
