Shift Details

  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
  • Shift Length: 8-Hour Shifts
  • Variable Shifts Available:
    • Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
    • Evening Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
    • Night Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
  • 30-Minute Unpaid Lunch Required

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking reliable and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a Long Term Care travel assignment in New Oxford, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate resident-centered care while maintaining professionalism, flexibility, and strong clinical documentation skills in a long-term care environment.

Candidates must be comfortable working variable shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor resident conditions and accurately document changes
  • Maintain complete and accurate patient records using electronic charting systems
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support quality resident care
  • Assist residents with daily living activities and supportive care needs
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures
  • Participate in shift reporting and care coordination activities

Required Qualifications

  • Active LPN License required
  • Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
  • PA Department of Aging Fingerprint Clearance Letter required
  • Ability to work variable shifts including days, evenings, and nights
  • Strong communication and patient care skills required
