Position Highlights

Compensation

• Starting Pay: $30.60/hr
• Mid-Level Pay: Up to $38.25/hr
• Experienced RN Pay: Up to $45.90/hr
• Additional Night Differential: $4.25/hr

A leading acute care hospital in North Florida is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) to join its fast-paced emergency department team. This hospital is recognized for excellence in emergency services, stroke care, cardiac care, and patient-centered treatment.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Assess, monitor, and treat patients with urgent and critical conditions
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
• Accurately document patient care and clinical observations
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Support patient safety, advocacy, and positive clinical outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care ER RN experience required
• Active RN License required
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• BLS certification required within 30 days of start
• ACLS certification required within 30 days of start
• PALS certification required within 30 days of start
