Ultrasound Technologist

Location: Utica, NY

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist for a travel assignment in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in General Ultrasound, OB/GYN, and Vascular imaging and be comfortable working independently while providing high-quality patient care and accurate diagnostic reporting.

Schedule

• Day Shift | 5x8-Hour
• Shift Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging procedures across multiple specialties
• Conduct General Ultrasound, OB/GYN, and Vascular studies
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
• Operate ultrasound equipment safely and efficiently
• Independently complete and document required imaging reports
• Maintain accurate patient documentation within Epic EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams regarding imaging findings
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and departmental protocols

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of Ultrasound Technologist experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• Ability to work independently required
• Epic EMR experience required

Certifications

• ARDMS certification required
• BLS certification required

Required Skillset

• General Ultrasound
• OB/GYN Ultrasound
• Vascular Ultrasound
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
