Schedule: Monday – Friday
Weekly Hours: 37.5 billable hours

Job Summary:
Provide school-based speech and language therapy services to students from birth through age 21, supporting communication development, academic success, and individualized education plan (IEP) goals in an in-person school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students (birth–21 years)
• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
• Manage caseload of approximately 30 students
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
• Support communication and academic development goals
• Work across multiple nearby school sites if required

Requirements:

• Active Maryland Speech Language Pathologist license required (in hand before start)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred or eligible
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP and special education processes
• Ability to manage pediatric and young adult caseload
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in school setting
• Flexibility for multi-site support if needed
