Job Title: Medical Lab Technician
Location: Panama City, FL
Position Type: Permanent Contingent
Shift & Schedule: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Weekly Hours: 36–40 Hours | Rotating Weekends
Pay Rate:
$22.66 – $25.72/hr (entry to mid-level experience)
$26.74/hr (5–6 years of experience)
$27.76 – $30.54/hr (10+ years of experience)
Shift Differential: Evening $1.45/hr | Night $2.50/hr
Additional: $15,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance (case-by-case)

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Medical Lab Technician for an exciting Travel or Local job in Panama City, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory testing in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and immunology
• Accurately report laboratory results and communicate abnormal findings
• Ensure quality control and proper specimen collection procedures
• Maintain laboratory records and documentation
• Set up, calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment
• Support sterility and compliance standards within the lab

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• MLT certification required (ASCP / CPT / AMT accepted)
• Florida State Medical Laboratory Technician License required (Generalist License)
• Associate’s degree preferred
• Previous lab experience preferred
• Candidates awaiting Florida licensure may be considered
• Strong clinical lab foundation preferred
• New graduates with clinical rotations or lab assistant/specimen processing experience encouraged to apply
