Travel Ultrasound Tech / Echo Tech – Multispecialty

Location: Plainview, TX 79072
Shift: Day Shift – 4x10 Hours (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Job Type: Travel Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Multispecialty Ultrasound Tech / Echo Tech to join a fast-paced acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in general ultrasound, vascular imaging, and adult echocardiography while delivering high-quality patient care and diagnostic imaging services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general ultrasound and vascular imaging procedures
• Conduct OB/fetal, breast, and transvaginal ultrasounds
• Perform adult echocardiograms, contrast echo, and stress echo treadmill studies
• Operate ultrasound and echocardiography equipment accurately and safely
• Maintain accurate imaging records and patient documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Follow infection control and patient safety protocols
• Participate in on-call rotation as required
• Support additional departmental duties as assigned

Required Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of multispecialty ultrasound experience
• Experience with:
  • General Ultrasound
  • OB/Fetal Ultrasound
  • Breast Ultrasound
  • Transvaginal Ultrasound
  • Vascular Ultrasound
  • Adult Echocardiography
  • Contrast Echo
  • Echo Stress Treadmill
• First-time travelers welcome to apply
• Strong clinical, technical, and communication skills required

Certifications Required

• ARDMS and/or CCI required
• BLS certification required

Preferred Certifications

• RVT preferred
• RDMS preferred
• RDCS preferred
