Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (PRN)
Location: Platte, SD
Employment Type: PRN / Per Diem
Shift: 12-hour shifts
Schedule: Variable / As-needed

Job Summary:
Provide flexible, as-needed support to nursing staff and residents in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide support with patient mobility and hygiene
Monitor patient condition and report any changes
Document all care provided accurately and timely

Requirements:

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
BLS preferred
Long-term care (LTC) experience preferred
